产时体位护理配合一对一责任制助产方法在产妇分娩中的实施效果及对剖宫产率的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨产时体位护理配合一对一责任制助产方法在产妇分娩中的应用效果及对剖宫产率的影响。方法选取2021年9月至2022年9月山东省临沂市兰陵县人民医院产科收治的产妇80例,以奇偶分组法将其分为两组。对照组40例行传统分娩护理模式,试验组40例行产时体位护理配合一对一责任制助产方法。评定各组分娩情况。结果试验组产程时间、PPI评分、分娩恐惧程度评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);试验组不良分娩结局发生率比对照组更低(P<0.05)。结论产妇分娩期间联合产时体位护理配合一对一责任制助产方案,能够降低剖宫产率,减轻产妇的分娩恐惧程度,缩短产程时间,改善分娩结局。Objective To explore the application effect of intrapartum position nursing combined with one-to-one responsibility midwifery method in maternal delivery and its influence on cesarean section rate.Methods Select September 2021 to September 202280 parturients admitted to the department of obstetrics Lanling County People's Hospital of Linyi City.Divide them into two groups using the parity grouping method.Reference group:40 cases,traditional delivery care were divided into.Experimental group:40 cases,with one-on-one responsibility midwifery method combined with prenatal position nursing.Assess the delivery status of each group.Results The labor time,PPI score and childbirth fear score in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse delivery outcomes in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion During the delivery period of parturients,combined position nursing during delivery and one-on-one responsibility midwifery method can reduce the cesarean section rate,alleviate the fear of childbirth,shorten the delivery process time,and improve the delivery outcome.
