艾灸联合中药结肠透析对CKD3~5期非透析患者微炎症-营养状态的影响

摘　　要：目的观察艾灸联合中药结肠透析对CKD3~5期非透析患者微炎症-营养状态的影响。方法选取符合纳入标准的CKD3~5期非透析患者77例,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组41例和观察组36例。对照组采用西医常规治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上加用艾灸联合中药结肠透析治疗。艾灸关元穴,频率为每周5次;中药结肠透析隔天1次,每周3次。1个疗程为4周,两组均连续治疗2个疗程。观察治疗前后血清hs-CRP、TNF-α、IL-6、Hb、PA、ALB的变化。结果两组治疗后血清Hb、PA、ALB较治疗前明显升高(P<0.05),且观察组升高幅度明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后血清hs-CRP、TNF-α、IL-6均较治疗前明显下降(P<0.05),且观察组下降幅度明显高于对照组,差异具统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论艾灸联合中药结肠透析能显著改善CKD3~5期非透析患者微炎症-营养状态,延缓肾功能进展,延长非透析治疗时间。Objective To observe the effect of moxibustion combined with traditional Chinese medicine colon dialysis on micro-inflammation and nutritional status in CKD3-5 non-dialysis patients.Methods 77 cases of CKD3-5 non-dialysis patients were randomly divided into control group(41 cases)and observation group(36 cases).The control group was treated with routine treatment of Western medicine,and the observation group was treated with moxibustion combined with colon herbal dialysis on the basis of control group.Moxibustion guanyuan point,5 times a week;colon herbal dialysis once every other day,3 times a week.A course of treatment lasted for 4 weeks,and both groups were treated for 2 consecutive courses.Before and after treatment,the changes of hs-CRP,TNF-α,IL-6,Hb,PA,and ALB were observed.Results Serum Hb,PA and ALB in the two groups were significantly higher after treatment than before treatment(P<0.05),but the increases in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,serum hs-CRP,TNF-αand IL-6 in 2 groups were significantly decreased compared with before treatment(P>0.05),and the decrease range of observation group was significantly higher than control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Moxibustion combined with colon herbal dialysis can significantly improve the microinflammation and nutritional status of non-dialysis patients in stage CKD3-5,delay the progression of renal function and prolong the non-dialysis treatment time.
