疏肝健脾方治疗多囊卵巢综合征致异常子宫出血的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察疏肝健脾方治疗因多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)导致异常子宫出血的临床疗效。方法选取共50例因PCOS致异常子宫出血的患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法,将所有患者分成两组,观察组和对照组各25例。对照组患者采用地屈孕酮片进行治疗,观察组联合疏肝健脾方与地屈孕酮片共同治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效,治疗前后血清性激素水平及不良反应情况。结果经过3个周期的治疗后,对照组和观察组总有效率分别为72.00%、96.00%,观察组明显高于对照组,且两组之间对比有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组激素水平均低于本组治疗前,且治疗后观察组的LH水平优于对照组,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组不良反应的发生情况优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论疏肝健脾方可以使患者的月经逐步恢复正常,使患者的血清性激素水平得到明显改善,缩减止血时间,不良反应较小,用药安全可靠,可有效预防本病复发。Objective To observe the curative effect of shugan jianpi formula on abnormal uterine bleeding caused by polycystic ovary syndrome.Methods Fifty cases of abnormal uterine bleeding caused by PCOS were selected as the study object,use random number table method,all patients were divided into two groups,there were 25 cases in the observation group and 25 cases in the control group.The patients in the control group were treated with dydrogesterone tablets,the observation group was treated with shugan jianpi formula and dydrogesterone tablets.The clinical effect,serum sex hormone level and adverse reaction of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results After 3 cycles of treatment,the total effective rates of the control group and the observation group were 72.00%and 96.00%respectively,the observation group was obviously better than the control group,and the comparison between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the level of hormone in both groups was lower than that before treatment,the LH level in the observation group was better than that in the control group after treatment,the discrepancy was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Shugan jianpi formula can make the patient's menstruation gradually return to normal,the serum sex hormone levels of the patients were significantly improved,reduce the time of hemostasis,less side effects,medication is safe and reliable.It can effectively prevent the recurrence of the disease,with clinical value of promotion.
