手术室护理应用于腹腔镜全子宫切除术患者的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨手术室护理应用于腹腔镜全子宫切除术患者的疗效。方法选择我院2019年1月至2020年1月进行腹腔镜全子宫切除术的80例患者,随机将患者分为观察组和对照组,各40例。观察组患者采用系统的围手术期护理模式,对照组患者采用常规的护理模式。比较两组患者手术后焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分以及护理满意度、手术依从性。结果手术后,观察组SAS及SDS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组手术依从率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者护理满意率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论系统、优质的手术护理模式应用于腹腔镜全子宫切除术患者,能减少患者焦虑、抑郁等不良情绪的发生,提高患者手术依从性、对护理工作的满意度。Objective To investigate the effect of operating room nursing on laparoscopic total hysterectomy.Methods A total of 80 patients with laparoscopic total hysterectomy admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected.Patients in the observation group received systematic perioperative nursing mode,while patients in the control group received routine nursing mode.The scores of SAS and SDS,nursing satisfaction and surgical compliance were compared between the two groups.Results The SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The compliance rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Perioperative surgical nursing model is applied to patients undergoing laparoscopic total hysterectomy,which can reduce the occurrence of anxiety,depression and other adverse emotions,and improve patients'surgical compliance and satisfaction with nursing work.
