综合性护理措施对预防妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症的效果观察

摘　　要：目的评估综合性护理措施对于预防妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症(ICP)的效果。方法纳入2021年5月至2022年5月的90例孕妇,参照随机数字表法划分为对照组(纳入45例,提供常规护理)、观察组(纳入45例,采用综合性护理措施),评价组间预防行为、护理满意度、疾病认知度、焦虑(SAS)及抑郁(SDS)自评量表、中文版分娩自我效能量表(CBSEI-32)、36项健康调查问卷(SF-36)。结果①较之对照组(77.78%),观察组总预防率(95.56%)更高,P<0.05。②较之对照组(75.56%),观察组总满意率(95.56%)更高,P<0.05。③护理前,组间疾病认知度、SAS、SDS、CBSEI-32、SF-36评分无差异,P>0.05;护理后,观察组疾病认知度、SAS、SDS、CBSEI-32、SF-36评分较对照组更佳,P<0.05。结论对孕妇实施综合性护理措施,能够提高其对ICP的认知程度,减轻焦虑感、抑郁感,增强疾病预防行为及分娩自我效能,提高生活质量,构建和谐护患关系。Objective To evaluate the effect of comprehensive nursing measures on preventing intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy(ICP).Methods Ninety pregnant women from May 2021 to May 2022 were divided into the control group(45 cases were included and routine nursing was provided)and the observation group(45 cases were included and comprehensive nursing measures were taken)according to the random number table method,and the self-assessment scale of prevention behavior,nursing satisfaction,disease cognition,anxiety(SAS)and depression(SDS),the Chinese version of delivery self-efficacy scale(CBSEI-32),and 36 health questionnaires(SF-36)were evaluated.Results(1)Compared with the control group(77.78%),the total prevention rate of the observation group(95.56%)was higher,P<0.05.(2)Compared with the control group(75.56%),the total satisfaction rate of the observation group(95.56%)was higher,P<0.05.(3)Before nursing,there was no difference in disease recognition,SAS,SDS,CBSEI-32 and SF-36 among the groups(P>0.05);after nursing,the disease recognition,SAS,SDS,CBSEI-32 and SF-36 in the observation group were better,P<0.05.Conclusion Comprehensive nursing measures for pregnant women can improve their cognition of ICP,reduce anxiety and depression,enhance disease prevention behavior and delivery self-efficacy,improve quality of life,and build a harmonious nurse-patient relationship.
