全程优质护理在下肢动脉急性血栓患者DSA介入治疗中的干预价值研究

摘　　要：目的探讨全程优质护理在下肢动脉急性血栓患者数字减影血管造影(DSA)介入治疗中的干预价值。方法选取本院2021年1月至2022年1月我院收治的下肢动脉急性血栓患者70例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各35例。对照组给予常规护理方法,观察组在对照组的基础上给予全程优质护理,比较两组患者的临床指标改善情况、视觉模拟疼痛评分(VAS)评分和睡眠质量评分、下肢深静脉血栓(DVT)并发症发生率、满意度。结果观察组患者的首次肛门排气、首次进食时间、住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);护理后,两组VAS和匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)评分均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组DVT并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在常规护理基础上,全程优质护理在下肢动脉急性血栓患者DSA介入治疗中临床效果效果显著,改善睡眠质量,降低不良发生率,提升患者对护理满意度。Objective To investigate the interventional value of whole-course high-quality nursing in the interventional treatment of patients with acute thrombosis of lower limb artery by digital subtraction angiography(DSA).Methods A total of 70 patients with acute thrombosis of lower extremity arteries admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected as research objects and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given whole-course high-quality nursing on the basis of the control group.The improvement of clinical indicators,visual analog pain score(VAS),sleep quality score,incidence of DVT complications and satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The first anal exhaust,first feeding time and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,VAS and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index Scale(PSQI)scores were decreased in both groups,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The complication rate of DVT in observation group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of routine nursing,whole-course high-quality nursing has significant clinical effect in DSA interventional therapy for patients with acute thrombosis of lower limb arteries,improving sleep quality,reducing adverse incidence,and improving patients'satisfaction with nursing.
