护理风险管理在体检中心静脉采血中的临床价值

摘　　要：目的探究护理风险管理在体检中心静脉采血中的临床价值。方法选取2021年12月至2022年12月本院接受体检患者74例,根据电脑随机法将其分为对照组37例与观察组37例,分别应用常规护理和护理风险管理。护理结束后比较两组相关指标的差异。结果护理后,两组心理反应评分显著下降,且观察组心理反应评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组疼痛情况显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组一次性穿刺成功率及体检依从率显著高于对照组(89.18%vs.67.56%,94.59%vs.70.27%,P<0.05)。观察组不良事件发生率显著低于对照组(8.10%vs.32.43%,P<0.05)。观察组护理质量评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在体检中心静脉采血中应用护理风险管理能够缓解患者负面情绪及疼痛程度,有效提高其一次性穿刺成功率及体检依从率。Objective To explore the clinical value of nursing risk management in central venous blood collection in physical examination.Methods Seventy-four patients who underwent physical examination in our hospital from December 2021 to December 2022 were randomly divided into control group(37 cases)and observation group(37 cases)according to computer randomization,and routine nursing and nursing risk management were applied respectively.After the end of nursing care,the differences of relevant indicators between the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the psychological reaction score of the two groups decreased significantly,and the psychological reaction score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The pain situation of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The one-time puncture success rate and the physical examination compliance rate of the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(89.18%vs.67.56%,94.59%vs.70.27%P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(8.10%vs.32.43%,P<0.05).The score of nursing quality in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of nursing risk management in the central venous blood collection for physical examination can alleviate the patients'negative emotions and pain,effectively improve their one-time puncture success rate and physical examination compliance rate.
