基于重大传染病分析福州市中医药在公共卫生应急体系中的建设机制

摘　　要：重症急性呼吸综合征(severe acute respiratory syndrome,SARS)、H1N1流感、流行性出血热等重大传染病在我国人群中发展较快,由于我国人口较多,重大传染病更加肆无忌惮。传染病主要是由于病原体所引起的疾病,其具有传染性强的特点,可在人与人、人与动物之间传播,对人类的生命安全以及健康造成了非常严重的威胁。重大传染病在我国社会中引发了较大的风险以及特殊性,而中医药在各种重大传染病中起着非常重要的主导作用,对于加强中医药公共卫生建设具有较高的重要意义。本文通过文献调研法及专家访谈等调查方法,总结了中医药应急管理体系的当前建设存在的问题,并从中总结出八大措施,为促进福州市中医药公共卫生建设机制提供更完善的对策。SARS,H1N1 influenza,epidemic hemorrhagic fever and other major infectious diseases have developed rapidly among the population in China.Due to the large population in China,major infectious diseases are more unbridled.Infectious diseases are mainly caused by pathogens,which have the characteristics of strong infectivity and can be spread between people and animals,and pose a very serious threat to human life safety and health.Major infectious diseases have caused great risks and particularities in our society,and traditional Chinese medicine plays a very important leading role in various major infectious diseases,which is of great significance for strengthening the public health construction of traditional Chinese medicine.This article summarizes the existing problems in the current construction of the emergency management system of traditional Chinese medicine through literature research and expert interviews,and summarizes eight measures to provide more perfect countermeasures for promoting the public health construction mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine in Fuzhou.
