摘　　要：加强医疗系统行风建设,有利于维护人民群众的切身利益、推动公立医院改革发展和提升广大医务工作者的精神面貌和社会形象。文章以某医院为例,从宣传领航加强正面引导,纪检赋能用好廉洁教育,行风主管部门以信息化建设为抓手规范医疗行为、坚持问题导向做实风险防控、借力社会监督持续改善医疗服务等方面,就全面从严治党和深化医疗改革背景下深入开展行风建设工作的实践探索进行系统阐述,并介绍了行风建设工作在推动医院管理和提升医疗服务质量方面取得的成效,以期与同行进行经验交流和分享,同时为公立医院更好地推进行风建设提供借鉴。Strengthening moral construction of the medical system is conducive to maintaining the vital interests of the people,promoting the reform and development of public hospitals,and enhancing the spiritual outlook and social image of the medical workers.Taking a hospital as an example,the article systematically elaborated the practice and exploration of moral construction under the background of promoting full and rigorous party self-governance and deepening medical reforms.It introduced several aspects including:strengthening positive guidance through publicity and education,carrying out multiple forms of incorruptibility education,adopting information technology to standardize medical behavior,implement risk prevention and control,and continuously improvement of medical services through social supervision.At the same time,it introduced the results of moral construction in promoting hospital management and improving the quality of medical services,in order to exchange and share experiences with peers,and provide reference for public hospitals to better promote moral construction.
