中西医临床型卫生专业技术人才评价指标研究

摘　　要：本研究旨在建立适用于中医药领域的卫生人才评价体系,完善评价指标,从而对卫生专业技术人才进行客观、科学的综合评价。因此,本文采用文献检索的方式,收集中国期刊全文数据库(China journals full-text database,CNKI)、维普全文数据库(VIP full-text database,VIP)中与人才评价有关的研究文献,并对其进行整理、分析和研究,罗列出可借鉴使用的指标,分析中医和西医不同背景下卫生人才评价体系优劣。西医医院已有适合医院人才发展和人才选拔的人才评价体系,在此基础上,又细分了不同类别、不同层次的评价体系指标,并进行指标筛选、研究和应用。而中医医院在构建多层次、多类别人才评价指标体系方面存在欠缺。本研究为下一步建立一个全面、客观、合理的中医人才评价指标体系提供参考和借鉴。This study aims to establish an evaluation system for health talents applicable to the field of traditional Chinese medicine,improve the evaluation indicators,and conduct an objective and scientific comprehensive evaluation of health professional and technical talents.Therefore,this paper uses the method of literature retrieval to collect the research literature related to talent evaluation in the China journals full-text database(CNKI)and VIP full-text database(VIP),and organizes,analyzes and studies them,lists the indicators that can be used for reference,and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the health talent evaluation system in different backgrounds of Chinese medicine and Western medicine.Western Medicine Hospital already has a talent evaluation system suitable for hospital talent development and talent selection,on this basis,it subdivides the evaluation system indicators of different categories and levels,and carries out index screening,research and application.However,Chinese medicine hospitals have deficiencies in building a multi-level and multi-category talent evaluation index system.This study provides reference and reference for the next step of establishing a comprehensive,objective and reasonable evaluation index system for traditional Chinese medicine talents.
