摘　　要：目的分析5S管理模式对提升和改善医疗管理质量及水平所发挥的作用。方法选取2021年1—12月在罗源县精神病防治院接受治疗的患者197例,采用传统管理模式(管理前);选取2022年1—12月在罗源县精神病防治院进行治疗的患者214例,采用5S管理模式(管理后)。比较采用5S管理模式前后安全质量、门诊医疗质量、病房医疗质量及医疗文书质量。结果管理后医疗投诉或纠纷发生率、医疗器械消毒不合格率以及不良事件发生率均显著低于管理前(P<0.05)。管理后首诊负责落实率及患者满意度均更高,患者平均候诊时间均更短(P<0.05)。与管理前相比,管理后责任医师落实率、每日查房频率均更高,患者好转出院率更高(P<0.05)。采用5S管理模式后首次病程记录完成时间明显更短,病历书写及时率、病历书写达标率、甲级病例率及危急值报告及时率更高(P<0.05)。结论在医疗质量管理中应用5S管理模式能够使医疗管理质量及水平得到有效提升,临床应用价值较高。Objective To analyze the role of 5S management model in promoting and improving the quality and level of medical management.Methods A total of 197 patients who were treated in Luoyuan County Psychiatric Hospital from January to December 2021 were selected,and the traditional management mode(before management)was adopted.A total of 214 patients treated in Luoyuan County Psychiatric Hospital from January to December 2022 were selected,and 5S management mode(after management)was adopted.The safety quality,outpatient medical quality,ward medical quality and medical document quality before and after adopting 5S management mode were compared.Results The rate of nosocomial infection,the rate of unqualified disinfection of medical devices and the rate of adverse events were significantly lower after management(P<0.05).After adopting the 5S management mode,the implementation rate of the first visit responsibility and patient satisfaction were higher,and the average waiting time of patients was shorter(P<0.05).Compared with before management,a f ter managemen t was adopted,the implementation rate of responsible doctors and the frequency of daily ward rounds were higher(P<0.05).The completion time of the first medical course record is significantly shorter with the 5S management mode,and the timely rate of medical record writing,the rate of reaching the standard of medical record writing,the rate of grade A cases and the timely rate of critical value report are higher(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of 5S management mode in medical quality management can effectively improve the quality and level of medical management and has high clinical application value.
