摘　　要：目的了解宁德市某监狱男性服刑人员常见皮肤病的患病情况,为监狱在押服刑人员的皮肤健康管理提供科学的指导建议和防治依据。方法采用横断面问卷调查的方法,于2019年6—12月对宁德市某监狱2743名男性服刑人员进行皮肤科专科检查,收集常见皮肤病的流行病学资料,再用Epi Data和SPSS 17.0统计软件进行相关皮肤病的流行病学统计分析。结果宁德市某监狱男性服刑人员所患皮肤病按患病率高低进行排列,依次为浅部真菌病、湿疹、荨麻疹等。结论宁德市某监狱男性服刑人员中皮肤病相当常见,在当前的监狱管理中,可采取适当的相关措施来改善服刑人员的皮肤病患病情况。Objective To understand the prevalence of common skin diseases among male prisoners in a prison in Ningde City,and to provide scientific guidance and treatment basis for skin health management of prisoners in prison.Methods A crosssectional questionnaire survey was conducted on 2743 male prisoners in a prison in Ningde from June to December 2018 to collect epidemiological data of common skin diseases,and then EpiData and SPSS 17.0 statistical software was used to conduct epidemiological statistical analysis of related skin diseases.Results The dermatoses of male prisoners in a prison in Ningde city were ranked according to the prevalence rate,and the order was superficial mycosis,eczema,urticaria,etc.Conclusion Dermatosis is quite common among male prisoners in a prison in Ningde city.In the current prison management,appropriate measures can be taken to improve the prevalence of dermatosis among prisoners.
