摘 要:目的探讨绝经后女性外周血中卵泡刺激素(follicle stimulating hormone,FSH)、黄体生成素(luteinizing hormone,LH)水平与子宫内膜息肉(endometrial polyps,EPs)发病的相关性。方法选取2018年10月至2021年10月嘉兴市妇幼保健院就诊的绝经后女性子宫内膜息肉患者100例为EPs组,选择同期同院健康体检且既往无EPs病史的绝经后女性100例为对照组,同时根据是否存在异常子宫出血症状分为有症状组和无症状组,收集各组入组患者临床资料,并采用酶联免疫荧光法检测血清FSH及LH水平,比较各组患者的FSH、LH水平。结果EPs组与对照组一般临床资料比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。EPs组血清FSH水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05);有症状EPs组患者血清FSH水平明显高于无症状组(P<0.05);两组血清LH水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论绝经后血清高水平FSH可能参与EPs的发病,且血清FSH水平可能与EPs患者发生异常子宫出血症状正相关。Objective To investigate the correlation between the levels of follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)and luteinizing hormone(LH)in peripheral blood of postmenopausal women and the pathogenesis of endometrial polyps(EPs).Methods A total of 100 postmenopausal women with endometrial polyps who visited Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Jiaxing from October 2018 to October 2021 as the EPs group,and selected 100 postmenopausal women who underwent physical examination in the same hospital during the same period and had no previous history of EPs as the control group.At the same time,they were divided into symptomatic and asymptomatic groups based on whether there were abnormal uterine bleeding symptoms.The clinical data of patients in each group,and used enzyme linked immunofluorescence to detect serum FSH and LH levels,the levels of FSH and LH in each group of patients were compared.Results There was no significant difference between EPs group and control group in general clinical data(P>0.05).FSH levels in the EPs group were higher than control group(P<0.05).The level of FSH in symptomatic EPs group with abnormal uterine bleeding was significant higher than that in asymptomatic group(P<0.05).LH levels had no statistical significance between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion High level of serum FSH may cause the EPs in postmenopausal women onset,and FSH level may be positively correlated with abnormal uterine bleeding in EPs patients.
