摘　　要：目的探讨校正改良早期预警评分(modified early warning score,MEWS)联合流程优化护理对急性心力衰竭的急救效果。方法选择2021年1月至2022年6月云浮市中医院收治的90例急性心力衰竭患者作为本研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为两组,每组各45例,其中观察组45例,对照组45例。对照组行常规急救急诊干预,观察组基于对照组接受MEWS为指导的干预联合急诊流程优化护理,比较两组患者的急救效率、生命体征恢复时间、生活质量评分。结果观察组患者的分诊时间、检查时间、开通静脉通道时间、心电图时间、总抢救时间均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组自主循环、自主呼吸、窦性心律等指标的恢复时间均低于对照组(P<0.05);干预后30d,两组患者的躯体健康、社会功能、心理功能、物质功能评分均较干预前明显提高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论急性心力衰竭患者急诊急救中予以MEWS为指导联合流程优化护理可促进急救效率的提升及生命体征的恢复,进而提高患者的预后及生活质量。Objective To explore the effect of modified early warning score(MEWS)as a guide for joint process optimization nursing in emergency and emergency care of patients with acute heart failure.Methods A total of 90 patients with acute heart failure who were admitted to Yunfu Hospital from January 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the research subjects,and were divided into two groups by random number table method,45 cases in the observation group and 45 cases in the control group.The control group received routine emergency emergency intervention,and the observation group was based on MEWS-guided intervention combined with emergency process optimization nursing,and the first aid efficiency,vital signs recovery time,and quality of life were compared between two groups.Results The diagnosis time,examination time,venous channel opening time,electrocardiogram time,and total rescue time of the observation group were all lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);The recovery time of spontaneous circulation,spontaneous breathing,sinus rhythm and other indicators in the observation group were all lower than the control group(P<0.05);30days after the intervention,the scores of physical health,social function,psychological function and material function between the groups were all improved compared with those before the intervention,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion MEWS as a guide and combined process optimization nursing in the emergency rescue of patients with acute heart failure can promote the improvement of emergency efficiency and the recovery of vital signs,thereby improving the prognosis and quality of life of patients.
