摘  要:开花是植物生长发育中的一个重要节点,标志着植物由营养生长阶段向生殖生长阶段的转变。在植物体内存在着一个复杂的开花调节网络,该网络由多种环境信号响应途径以及内源信号途径整合而成,其中光周期途径和赤霉素途径为两个重要的调控途径。综述了光受体种类和结构,论述了光受体及赤霉素介导的转导途径在不同植物中调控开花的研究进展,并且对光信号通路协同赤霉素信号通路调控植物开花的作用机制进行了介绍,以期为深入研究植物的开花调控机制提供理论参考。Flowering is an important node in plant growth and development,marking the transformation of plants from vegetative growth stage to reproductive growth stage.There is a complex flowering regulation network in plants,which is composed of a variety of environmental signal response pathways and endogenous signal pathways,among which photoperiod pathway and gibberellin pathway are two important regulation pathways.In this paper,the types and structure of photoreceptors were reviewed,and the advances in regulation of flowering by photoreceptors and gibberellin-mediated transduction pathways in different plants were discussed.Besides,the mechanism of the synergy of light signaling pathway and gibberellin signaling pathway in the regulation of plant flowering was introduced to provide a theoretical reference for in-depth study on the flowering regulation mechanism of plants.
