摘  要:目的探讨如何从职称晋升角度加强传染病医院人才队伍建设,为传染病医院的建设与发展提供参考。方法采用文献研究法和官方统计数据分析当前我国传染病医院发展及专业技术队伍总体情况,以某三级甲等传染病医院为例,对其职称晋升机制设计和人员职称晋升情况进行探讨分析。结果十三五时期传染病医院的发展主要体现在扩大原有医院规模、完善学科建设等方面。样本医院中传染病医院不同系列人员晋升通过率及晋升年龄显示研究人员晋升通过率高,晋升最快;护理人员通过率低,晋升慢。结论传染病医院人员职称晋升是加强医院人才队伍建设的重要方法。为促进人才队伍建设,应加强对高级职称考核,盘活人才资源,形成能上能下的职称晋升机制;以职称晋升为抓手,提高护理专业水平,稳定护理人员队伍;职称晋升日常管理融入精细化理念,服务传染病医院发展战略。Objective To explore methods in strengthen talent team construction in infectious disease hospitals from the perspective of professional title promotion,so as to provide references for management and development of infectious disease hospitals.Methods The literature research and official statistics were used for the overview analysis of current development of infectious disease hospitals and current condition of professional teams in China.Professional title promotion mechanism and status were discussed and analyzed taking an infectious disease hospital as an example.Results The development of infectious disease hospitals during the 13th Five-Year Plan period was mainly reflected by the expansion of original hospital scale and improvement in the discipline construction.The passing rates of various disciplines in the promotion as well as the ages at the time of promotion indicated that the passing rate and promotion were high and fast for researchers,but low and slow for nursing staffs in the sample hospital.Conclusions Professional title promotion is an important method to strengthen the construction of talent team in hospital.Assessment for senior professionals,activation of talent teams and title promotion mechanism of promotion and demotion should be enhanced to improve team construction Professional title promotion could be the breakthrough point for increment in nursing capability and stabilizing nursing team.The delicacy management should be enrolled in routine management of promotion to serve development strategy of infectious disease hospitals.
