摘　　要：针对检查人员难以发现棉包垛内部霉变、空心等异常情况的问题,提出了棉包垛探测仪的研究。仪器利用伸缩杆将摄像头送入棉包垛缝隙内部进行可视化探查,能够及时发现棉包垛内部的异常情况。通过在两个示范点的应用示范,仪器达到了研究的目的,解决了目前存在的问题,确保了储备棉的存储质量安全。Aiming at the problem that it was difficult for inspectors to find out abnormal conditions such as mildew and hollow inside the cotton bales,the research on the cotton bale stack detector was proposed.The instrument used the telescopic rod to send the camera into the interior of the cotton bale stack gap for visual exploration,which could find the abnormal situation inside the cotton bale stack in time.Through the application demonstration in two demonstration sites,the instrument had achieved the purpose of research and solved the existing problems.The instrument used technical means to ensure the storage quality and safety of reserved cotton.
