摘 要:新发展格局下,青年创新人才培养不仅要着眼于提升科技创新和自主发展能力,还要关注其创新发展的后劲激发和可持续。当前,高校青年科技人才培养更多强调技能训练、择优培养、统一规划,显然滞后于新发展阶段的需要。科技自主创新和关键核心技术召唤高校转变青年创新人才培养思路,实现从技能训练向人格培养、从择优培养向全面培养、从计划管理向服务性管理的转型,秉持新发展理念,重构青年创新人才培养方向、培养模式和培养环境,实现青年创新人才培养的路径重构。Under the new development pattern,in addition to focusing on improving the ability of scientific and technological innovation and independent development,the cultivation of young innovative talents should also attach importance to the stimulation and sustainability of their innovative development.When it comes to the cultivation of young scientific and technological talents,the skill training,selective training of the excellent ones,and unified planning are more emphasized,which clearly shows the lagging behind the demands of the new development stage.In response to the independent innovation in science and technology and key core technologies,we are required to change the thinking and approaches of cultivating young innovative talents,and realize the transformation from skill training to personality cultivation,from selective cultivation of the excellent ones to comprehensive cultivation,and from planned management to service management.By sticking to new development concepts and rearranging the direction,mode,and environment of cultivating young innovative talents,we can realize the path reconstruction of cultivating young innovative talents.
