摘　　要：总结医院危重症患者标准化院内安全转运体系的构建与实践经验。立足于医院危重症患者院内转运的特点及发生不良事件的高危因素,制定符合天水市第一人民医院实际情况的危重症患者院内安全转运作业清单,规范危重症患者院内转运流程,提高医护人员应对患者转运过程中不良事件发生的综合能力,规避不良事件的发生,进而提高医疗护理服务质量,保障患者的就医安全。The construction and practical experience of standardized in-hospital safe transport system for critically ill patients were summarized.Based on the characteristics of in-hospital transport of critically ill patients and the high-risk factors for adverse events,formulate an in-hospital safe transfer operation list that meets the actual situation of our hospital,standardize the rules for training medical staff in the transfer link,improve their mastery of transport-related knowledge and comprehensive ability to deal with adverse events,so as to improve the quality of medical care services,ensure patients sense of medical safety,and avoid the occurrence of adverse events,which can provide certain reference opinions for related nursing risk management.
