摘　　要：目的:观察针刺松解筋膜触发点(MTrPs)治疗急性闭角型青光眼的效果。方法:选取2020年12月—2021年12月黑龙江省医院眼科医院治疗的60例急性闭角型青光眼患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组与治疗组,每组各30例。对照组患者前期接受硝酸毛果芸香碱滴眼液治疗,治疗1周后,联合布林佐胺滴眼液治疗;治疗组在采用对照组治疗方法基础上联合针刺松解MTrPs治疗,连续治疗4周。观察两组患者治疗前后眼压、视力、视网膜神经纤维层厚度、视野水平。结果:治疗后,治疗组眼压、视力、视网膜神经纤维层厚度、视野均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组总有效率为93.34%,对照组总有效率为82.14%,治疗组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针刺松解MTrPs治疗急性闭角型青光眼患者,可降低患者眼压,改善患者视野缺损和神经功能,提升患者视力水平,提升临床疗效。OBJECTIVE To observe the effect of acupuncture releasing fascia trigger points(MTrPs)on acute angle closure glaucoma.METHODS From December 2020 to December 2021,60 patients with acute angle closure glaucoma who were treated in the Eye Hospital of Heilongjiang Provincial Hospital were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,30 patients in each group.The control group received pilocarpine nitrate eye drops at the early stage.After one week of treatment,the treatment group was treated with Brinzolamide eye drops.The treatment group was treated with acupuncture to release MTrPs on the basis of the control group.After 4 consecutive weeks of treatment,the intraocular pressure,visual acuity,retinal nerve fiber layer thickness and visual field were observed before and after treatment,and the difference between the two groups was evaluated.RESULTS After treatment,the intraocular pressure,visual acuity,retinal nerve fiber layer thickness and visual field of the treatment group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate was 93.33%in the treatment group and 83.33%in the control group.The total effective rate in the study group was higher than that in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).CONCLUSION Acupuncture release of MTrPs in the treatment of acute angle closure glaucoma can reduce the patient's intraocular pressure,improve the patient's visual field defect and nerve function,improve the patient's visual acuity and improve the clinical efficacy.
