摘  要:为了解HCV复方制剂在养殖环境中防治弧菌病的药效,将虾塘分为4个试验组(空白组、全程预防组、早用药组和晚用药组),并制定相应的用药方法,观察对虾症状,尤其是吃料量、死亡量和肝胰腺弧菌量,记录其产量。结果表明,空白组因病情恶化放弃养殖,用药1次后,对虾肝胰腺弧菌被抑杀;全程预防组、早用药组和晚用药组养殖平均产量分别为4642.0,3332.3和2007.5 kg;早用药组3 d内吃料率超过病前最高吃料率,晚用药组5 d内吃料率超过病前最高吃料率,死亡现象基本消失。指出,采用HCV复方制剂防治弧菌病,预防优于治疗,早治优于晚治。提出,开发防治对虾弧菌病产品,具有实用价值。All experimental ponds were divided into 4 groups(blank,preventative,early medication and late medication groups).Treatment plan were made accordingly.The shrimp feeding amount,death amount and vibrio amount in hepatopancreatic were tracked and the harvesting result were compared.In addition,the optimal treatment method was concluded.The results showed that due to the massive death and the worsening condition of vibriosis,the blank group gave up culturing prior than all other groups.The vibrio in hepatopancreatic could be inhibited once the HCV was applied.The average production of the preventative,early medication and late medication groups were 4642.0,3332.3,2007.5 respectively.The early medication group feeding amount was recovered three days after the HCV was applied.The late medication groups required 5 days to recover the feeding amount.The HCV herbal extract was effective in prevent and curing vibriosis.The preventative group was better than medication groups and the early medication group was better than the late medication group.The HCV herbal extract is valuable for developing novel product against vibriosis.
