集束化护理在鼻内镜手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎-鼻息肉患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨集束化护理在鼻内镜手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎-鼻息肉(CRSwNP)患者中的应用效果。方法79例行鼻内镜手术治疗的CRSwNP患者随机分为观察组40例和对照组39例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予基于循证理念的集束化护理。术后6个月观察2组患者鼻腔主观症状VAS评分、睡眠质量PSQI评分、生活质量SNOT-22评分情况及并发症情况。结果术后6个月2组患者SNOT-22、PSQI、VAS评分均降低(P<0.05),观察组评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在鼻内镜手术治疗CRSwNP患者中应用集束化护理措施可明显改善患者生活质量及预后,降低并发症发生率,值得临床应用。Objective To investigate the application effect of cluster nursing in the treatment of chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps(CRSwNP)patients with endoscopic sinus surgery.Methods A total of 79 patients with CRSwNP who underwent endoscopic sinus surgery were randomly divided into an observation group of 40 cases and a control group of 39 cases.The control group received routine care,while the observation group received evidence-based cluster care.6 months after operation,VAS score of nasal subjective symptoms,PSQI score of sleep quality,SNOT-22 score of quality of life and complications of the two groups were observed.Results 6 months after operation,SNOT-22,PSQI and VAS scores of two groups decreased(P<0.05),and the scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of cluster nursing in nasal endoscopic surgery for CRSwNP patients can significantly improve the quality of life and prognosis of patients,reduce the incidence of complications,which is worthy of clinical application.
