摘  要:直膨式太阳能热泵系统的集热蒸发器通过吸收太阳辐射,使冬季工况下热泵的性能得到有效提高,减少了电能消耗,得到了广泛应用。通过实验测试了直膨式太阳能热泵系统冬季工况下的性能参数,讨论了单日内白天在太阳辐照下热泵性能的变化。分析发现,集热蒸发器内制冷剂进口温度随太阳辐照度迅速升高,在正午时刻之前,进口温度可由0.1℃升至10.3℃。系统过热度波动维持在约0.3℃以内之间。当进口压力达到单日内极值418.8 kPa时,系统制冷剂流量以及制冷量较初始时刻分别增加1.76 kg/h、168.2 W。系统得热量则呈现出先增后降的趋势,正午时刻达到最大得热量2 199.55 kJ。太阳辐照度由363.31 W/m^(2)变化到585.39 W/m^(2),集热蒸发器有效集热率由1.01减至0.41。日均太阳辐照度变化200 W/m^(2)时,COP由1.61升高到2.93。建立了制冷剂蒸发温度、冷凝温度与COP之间的函数关系COP_(a)=6.01-0.284ΔT0.689。The collector evaporator of the direct expansion solar heat pump system absorbed solar radiation,so that the performance of the heat pump under winter working conditions could be effectively improved,and the power consumption is reduced,and it has been widely used.Through experimental testing,the performance parameters of the direct expansion solar heat pump system under winter working conditions are tested,and the changes of heat pump performance under solar irradiation during the day in a single day are discussed.The analysis founds that the inlet temperature of the refrigerant in the collector evaporator increased rapidly with the solar irradiance,and the inlet temperature could increase from 0.1℃to 10.3℃before noon.The fluctuation of the superheat of the system is maintained within about 0.3℃.When the inlet pressure reached the extreme value of 418.8 kPa in a single day,the refrigerant flow rate and refrigeration capacity of the system increase to 1.76 kg/h and 168.2 W respectively compared with the initial time.The heat gain of the system shows a trend of increasing first and then decreasing,reaching a maximum heat gain of 2199.55 kJ at noon.The solar irradiance changes from 363.31 W/m^(2)to 585.39 W/m^(2),and the effective heat collection rate of the collector evaporator decreases from 1.01 to 0.41.When the daily average solar irradiance changed by 200 W/m^(2),the COP increased from 1.61 to 2.93.Establishes the functional relationship between refrigerant evaporation temperature,condensation temperature and COP,COP_(a)=6.01-0.284△T 0.689,
