铸坯中心C偏析对盘条成分及组织遗传性分析

摘　　要：采用化学成分检验、EMPA元素分析和金相组织分析研究了铸坯中心C偏析对热轧盘条成分偏析和网状碳化物的影响。采用某材料性能模拟软件计算分析了不同C含量对先共析渗碳体析出行为的影响。结果表明,铸坯中心C偏析存在明显的遗传性。铸坯中心C偏析指数高的样品对应的热轧盘条中心C偏析指数和网状碳化物级别也均较高。某材料性能模拟软件计算结果也表明,钢中C元素含量增加明显提高先共析渗碳体的析出温度和析出质量分数。C质量分数为0.98%、1.05%和1.20%时,开始析出温度分别为910℃、930℃和975℃,析出质量分数分别为6.9%、8.5%和10.5%。Influence of central segregation on the composition segregation and network carbide of hot rolled wire rod was studied by chemical composition inspection,EMPA element analysis and optical microscope.Then the material performance simulation software was used to analyze effect of carbon content on precipitation behavior of proeutectoid cementite.Results show that there is obvious inhertance of carbon segregation in wire rod from the billet.The samples with high carbon segre-gation index of casting billet have higher carbon segregation index and network carbide grade of hot rolled wire rod.the ma-terial performance simulation software also shows that content of carbon element has significant effect on precipitation behav-ior of proeutectoid cementite.When mass fraction of carbon is 0.98%,1.05%and 1.20%,initial precipitation tempera-ture is 910℃,930℃and 975℃,and precipitation amount is 6.9%,8.5%and 10.5%respectively.
