摘  要:决定中细规格感应加热回火钢丝生产线稳定性的因素主要有收放线系统的车速稳定性及感应加热电源的加热方式和控制系统。目前Φ5.0 mm以上的弹簧钢丝采用感应加热方式实现了无铅化生产,而Ф5.0 mm以下的中细规格钢丝感应加热应用较少。设计感应加热回火生产线,采用单丝单控感应加热电源,严格控制收放线系统钢丝速度波动,可以满足中细规格油淬火钢丝的生产需求,同盘钢丝抗拉强度散差控制在50 MPa以内。The factors that determine the stability of medium and fine size induction heat tempering steel wire production line are mainly speed stability of take-up and pay-off system and induction heat power supply heat mode and control system.At present,lead-free production of spring steel wire above diameter 5.0 mm is realized by induction heat,while the applica-tion of induction heat is less for medium and fine steel wire below diameter 5.0 mm.Induction heat and tempering produc-tion line is designed,and monofilament control induction heat power supply is adopted.Wire speed fluctuation of take-up and pay-off system is strictly controlled,which can meet production requirements of medium and fine oil quenched steel wire.The tensile strength difference of same coil steel wire is controlled within 50 MPa.
