基于PCT专利分析的冶金领域知识产权战略态势研究

摘　　要：[目的/意义]冶金行业作为国民经济建设的基础,也是国家实力和工业发展水平的标志,在日益激烈的竞争条件下,专利技术已经成为行业核心竞争力。该文从PCT国际申请视角对冶金领域专利态势进行分析,为我国在该领域的创新研发及专利布局提供参考。[方法/过程]以2011-2020年冶金领域PCT国际申请为研究对象,通过分析申请数量及趋势、热点技术方向、申请人、权利要求项数、同族国家/地区等,挖掘冶金领域知识产权战略态势,分析中国在该领域国际专利申请中的优劣势。[结果/结论]这10年,冶金领域PCT国际申请数量整体呈现上升趋势,申请人数量大幅下降,申请人年均专利申请数量显著提高。C22C(合金)小类技术方向创新热度最高,C22C38(铁基合金)和C22C21(铝基合金)的研究热度位居大组前两位。主要申请人均为钢铁冶金企业,日本企业表现突出,中国宝钢集团进入前10名。中国申请人的冶金领域PCT国际申请在权利要求项数和同族国家/地区数方面均低于该领域全球平均水平。[Objective/Significance]As the foundation of national economice construction,metallurgy industry is also the symbol of national strength and industrial development level.With the increasingly fierce competition,patent technology has become the core competitiveness of the industry.This paper analyzes the patent situation in metallurgy field from the perspective of PCT international application,and provides reference for China's innovation and patent portfolio planning in this field.[Method/Process]PCT international applications in;metallurgy field during the period of 2011 to 2020 are researched in this paper from aspects of number&trend of applications,research hotspot,applicants,number of claims,countries/regions of patent families to analyze the stuation of inetlelual pruperty rights in metallurgy field annd w Iind UuL China's advantages anud disadvantages in international patent applications.[Results/Conclusions]The number of PCT international applications in metallurgy field shows an overall upward trend in the past decade.The number of applicants decreases significantly while the number of annual average applications of applicants increases significantly.Subclass C22C(alloys)attracts the highest innovation enthusiasm,and the research heat of Group C22C38(iron base alloy)and Group C22C21(aluminum base alloy)rank the first two.The main applicants are iron and steel metallurgy enterprises.Japanese enterprises perform well,and China BaoSteel Group enters the top ten.The number of claims and countries 1 regions patent families of the Chinese applicant's PCT international applications in the metallurgy field are lower than the global average.
