摘  要:研究以4个不同产地的38份亚麻资源为供试材料,开展9项产量性状指标和6项品质性状指标检测,通过多样性、相关性和主成分分析等研究不同亚麻资源单株产量性状及籽粒品质性状的差异。结果发现:不同亚麻资源15项经济性状的变异幅度为7.94%~47.57%,棕榈酸的多样性指数达到最大;相关性分析得出,株果数和单株粒重呈极显著正相关,相关系数达到最大,为0.887;主成分分析得出5个主成分累计方差贡献率达80.01%,其中可以把单株粒重、株果数、千粒重、单株粒数、株高、工艺长度、硬脂酸、分枝数、棕榈酸和油酸作为38份亚麻资源经济性状的综合评价指标;采用隶属函数法计算出每个亚麻资源的D值,通过D值分析得出经济性状最佳的亚麻资源为陇亚5号。In this study,38 flax resources from four different origins were used as test materials,9 yield traits and 6 quality traits were examined,and the differences in yield traits and seed quality traits among different flax resources were studied by diversity,correlation and principal component analysis.The results showed that the variation of 15 economic traits of different flax resources ranged from 7.94%to 47.57%,and the diversity index of palmitic acid reached the maximum.Number of fruits per plant,thousand grain weight,number of grains per plant,plant height,process length,stearic acid,number of branches,palmitic acid were tested and oleic acid were tested as comprehensive evaluation indexes of economic traits of 38 flax resources.The D value of each flax resource was calculated using the affiliation function method,which indicated that the best flax resource with the best economic traits was Longya 5 through D value analysis.
