摘 要:免耕播种技术是保护性耕作技术的重要组成部分,主要是在地表覆盖秸秆残茬的基础上进行作物播种,但是由于目前免耕播种机种类较多,工作性能参差不齐,难以满足免耕播种的农业要求。为了提升免耕播种机智能化发展要求,基于LabVIEW开发一种免耕播种机自动监测系统,并以播种质量为评价指标开展田间试验,研究结果表明,该系统可以满足免耕播种机田间工作可靠性要求。研究结果可以为免耕播种机智能化发展提供技术参考与理论借鉴。No-till seeding technology is an important part of conservation tillage technology,which is mainly used to sow crops on the basis of straw residue covered on the ground.However,due to the large variety of no-till seeders and uneven working performance at present,it is difficult to meet the agricultural requirements of no-till seeders.In order to enhance the intelligent development requirements of no-till planter,this study develops an automatic monitoring system for no-till planter based on LabVIEW and conducts field experiments with sowing quality as the evaluation index,and the research results show that the system can meet the field work reliability requirements of no-till planter.The research results can provide technical reference and theoretical reference for the intelligent development of no-till planter.
