虫咬致蜡样芽孢杆菌感染性脓毒血症一例

摘　　要：蜡样芽孢杆菌可造成食物中毒与局部感染。对于免疫功能正常者,多表现为局限和自限性感染;但对于免疫抑制、危重、有侵入性操作或静脉吸毒者,则可快速发展为致死性脓毒血症。国内外尚无关于虫咬继发蜡样芽孢杆菌菌血症、脓毒血症的报道。本文对我院1例糖尿病患者在虫咬后感染导致蜡样芽孢杆菌菌血症病例进行总结,为临床诊治及进一步研究提供参考。Bacillus cereus can cause food poisoning and local infection.For people with normal immunity,most of them are localized and self-limited infections.However,for patients with low immune function,critical patients,patients with invasive procedures and intravenous drug users,infection with Bacillus cereus can rapidly develop to fatal sepsis.There is no case report of Bacillus cereus pyemia and sepsis secondary to insect bite at home and abroad.This paper reported a case of Bacillus cereus bacteremia after insect bite in a patient with diabetes,to provide reference for clinical diagnosis and further research.
