新冠疫苗接种后罹患儿童丘疹性肢端皮炎一例

摘　　要：患儿,女,5岁,面部丘疹4周。发病前2天接种新型冠状病毒灭活疫苗(Vero细胞)。皮肤科检查:面部、臀部见散在对称分布的丘疹、丘疱疹。诊断:儿童丘疹性肢端皮炎。未予特殊处理,5周后皮损基本消退。A 5-year-old girl presented with multiple pruritic eruptions on the cheeks for 4 weeks after 2 days of vaccinated of the first dose of COVID-19 vaccine.Physical examination revealed monomorphic erythematous papules and papulovesicles involving both cheeks and buttocks.The diagnosis of papular acrodermatitis of childhood was made.All the eruptions spontaneously disappeared within the next 5 weeks.
