虾刺伤致腱鞘炎一例

摘　　要：患者,女,59岁。右手拇指结节2个月余。发病前右手拇指指腹被虾刺伤,组织病理符合感染性肉芽肿改变,海分枝杆菌qPCR(组织)阳性,超声符合右手指屈肌肌腱腱鞘炎。诊断为海分枝杆菌感染导致的腱鞘炎。给予克林霉素、盐酸米诺环素治疗后病情好转。A 59-year-old female presented with right thumb nodule for more than 2 months.Before the onset,her right thumb was stabbed by shrimp.Histopathology examination revealed infectious granuloma.Mycobacterium qPCR(tissue)was positive,and ultrasound was consistent with flexor tendon tenosynovitis of the right finger.The diagnosis of tenosynovitis caused by infection with Mycobacterium marinum was made.Her condition improved obviously after treated with compound clindamycin and minocycline hydrochloride.
