经单侧右股静脉射频消融治疗心房颤动的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨经单侧右股静脉射频消融治疗心房颤动的临床效果。方法抽取2018年1月至2022年10月郑州大学第五附属医院收治的心房颤动患者120例,按随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,每组60例。对照组采用经传统双侧股静脉射频消融,观察组采用经单侧右股静脉射频消融。比较两组股静脉穿刺时间、X线曝光时间、消融时间、心功能指标[舒张晚期峰值速度(A)、舒张早期峰值速度(E)、肺静脉收缩期峰值速度(S)、左心室射血分数(LVEF)]、血管穿刺并发症发生率及复发率。结果两组股静脉穿刺时间、X线曝光时间、消融时间比较差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组A、E、S、LVEF比较差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组血管穿刺并发症发生率(3.33%,2/60)与对照组(6.67%,4/60)比较差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组复发率(5.00%,3/60)与对照组(8.33%,5/60)比较差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论经单侧右股静脉射频消融治疗心房颤动患者安全有效。Objective To investigate the effect of unilateral right femoral vein radiofrequency ablation in the treatment of atrial fibrillation.Methods A total of 120 patients with atrial fibrillation treated in the Fifth Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from January 2018 to October 2022 were selected,and they were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 60 patients in each group.The control group underwent traditional bilateral femoral vein radiofrequency ablation,and the observation group underwent unilateral right femoral vein radiofrequency ablation.The time of femoral vein puncture,X-ray exposure time,ablation time,cardiac function indexes including late diastolic velocity(A),early diastolic velocity(E),pulmonary vein systolic peak velocity(S)and left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),incidence of complications of vascular puncture and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in femoral vein puncture time,X-ray exposure time and ablation time between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in A,E,S and LVEF between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of vascular puncture complications between the observation group(3.33%,2/60)and the control group(6.67%,4/60),P>0.05.There was no significant difference in the recurrence rate between the observation group(5.00%,3/60)and the control group(8.33%,5/60),P>0.05.Conclusions Unilateral right femoral vein radiofrequency ablation is safe and effective in the treatment of atrial fibrillation.
