阿奇霉素序贯联合孟鲁司特钠治疗肺炎支原体肺炎的效果

摘　　要：目的分析阿奇霉素序贯联合孟鲁司特钠治疗肺炎支原体肺炎的临床效果。方法抽取2020年2月至2022年2月安阳市第三人民医院收治的肺炎支原体肺炎患儿152例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组76例。对照组采用阿奇霉素序贯治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上给予孟鲁司特钠治疗。比较两组治疗效果、症状改善时间、T淋巴细胞亚群水平(CD3^(+)、CD4^(+))、免疫球蛋白水平[免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、免疫球蛋白M(IgM)]、血清炎症因子水平[C反应蛋白(CRP)、降钙素原(PCT)、白细胞介素-17A(IL-17A)]。结果观察组总有效率(96.05%,73/76)高于对照组(81.58%,62/76),P<0.05。观察组退热时间、咳嗽咳痰消失时间、啰音消失时间、憋喘消失时间均短于对照组(P均<0.05)。治疗后,观察组CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)水平高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组IgA、IgM水平低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组血清CRP、PCT、IL-17A水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论阿奇霉素序贯联合孟鲁司特钠治疗肺炎支原体肺炎,可改善机体免疫功能,减轻炎性反应和临床症状,临床效果显著。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of azithromycin sequential therapy combined with montelukast sodium on Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia.Methods A total of 152 children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia admitted to Anyang Third People’s Hospital from February 2020 to February 2022 were selected,and the children were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 76 cases in each group.The control group received azithromycin sequential therapy,and the observation group received montelukast sodium based on the treatment of the control group.The treatment effect,symptom improvement time,levels of T lymphocyte subsets including cluster of differentiation 3+(CD3+)and cluster of differentiation 4+(CD4+),and the levels of immunoglobulin including immunoglobulin A(IgA)and immunoglobulin M(IgM),the levels of serum inflammatory factors including C-reactive protein(CRP),procalcitonin(PCT),and interleukin-17A(IL-17A)were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.05%(73/76),higher than the 81.58%(62/76)of the control group(P<0.05).The antipyretic time,disappearance time of cough and sputum,disappearance time of rales,and disappearance time of wheezing in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(all P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of CD3+and CD4+in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the levels of IgA and IgM in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),the levels of serum CRP,PCT and IL-17A in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Azithromycin sequential therapy combined with montelukast sodium in the treatment of Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia can improve the immune function of the body,reduce inflammatory reactions and clinical symptoms,of which the clinical effect is significant.
