摘  要:以甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)、甲基丙烯酸异丁酯(IBMA)为聚合反应单体,甲基丙烯酸烯丙酯(AMA)为交联单体,N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺(NMA)为功能单体,通过半连续种子乳液聚合工艺制备了NMA改性丙烯酸酯乳液。考察了聚合温度、乳化剂种类及用量、NMA用量对乳液稳定性和粒子大小的影响。结果表明,当反应温度为80℃,非离子Tween-40/阳离子CTAC复配为乳化剂,质量分数(相对于单体质量)为4.5%,NMA质量分数(相对于单体质量)为5%时,制备的乳液呈带蓝光半透明清亮状,平均粒径69 nm,可稳定贮存6个月。该乳液可用于黑色及宝蓝色织物的增深后整理。N-methylol acrylamide modified acrylates emulsions are prepared with methyl methacrylate,isobutyl methacrylate as reactive monomers,ally methacrylate as crosslinking monomer and NMA as functional mono⁃mer by semi-continuous seed emulsion polymerization.The effects of polymerization temperature,emulsifier types,emulsifier content,NMA content on stability and particle size of emulsion are studied.The results show that when the polymerization temperature is 80℃,the emulsifier is the mixture of nonionic surfactant Tween-40 and cationic surfactant cetyltrimethyl ammonium chloride(CTAC),the amount of emulsifier is 4.5%,the amount of NMA is 5%,a translucent clear emulsion is prepared with blue light,the mean particle size of 69 nm and the storage stability for 6 months.The emulsion can be used as a deepening agent for fabrics in black and royal blue.
