摘　　要：以N-甲基二乙醇胺为扩链剂合成阳离子水性聚氨酯,利用其乳化了溶解有分散染料滤饼的甲基丙烯酸酯甲酯(MMA)、丙烯酸丁酯(BA)、丙烯酸十八酯(SA)混合物,在引发剂作用下制备无氟拒水剂与分散染料一体化产品,并将其用于涤纶织物的染色和拒水一浴法加工。研究表明:制备的红、黄、蓝三种一体化产品均具有较小的粒径和较高的Zeta电位,整理织物的颜色参数符合CIE1976 L^(*)a^(*)b^(*)颜色系统的变化规律,织物具有较高的拒水性,水滴接触角大于140°,且耐水洗性能良好。Cationic waterborne polyurethane is synthesized with N-methyldiethanolamine as a chain extender,which is used to emulsify the mixture of methyl methacrylate(MMA),butyl acrylate(BA),and octadecyl acry⁃late(SA)dissolved in dispersed dye filter cake.Under the action of an initiator,a fluorine-free water repellent and dispersed dye integrated product is prepared and used for one bath dyeing and water-repellent finishing of polyester fabrics.Research shows that the prepared red,yellow,and blue integrated products all have small⁃er particle sizes and higher Zeta potentials.The color parameters of the finished fabric conform to the CIE1976 L^(*)a^(*)b^(*)color system.The fabric has high water repellency,the contact angle of water droplets is greater than 140°,and the washing durability is good.
