摘　　要：新型活性艳红WFG和WG能够提高人棉印花织物的固色率和白地沾色牢度,试验测试了两只染料的提升性能、印花工艺宽容性、固色率和各项色牢度等,并与活性艳红SGE进行比较。结果表明:两支新型染料在人棉织物上的固色率分别为83.2%和93.1%,白地沾色牢度可达4~5级,且具有较好的印花工艺宽容性,在相对湿度50%~80%条件下,印花人棉织物的表观色深变化不大,在实际生产应用时,蒸化时间可缩短至3 min,小苏打质量分数可低至1%。The novel reactive Brilliant Red WFG and WG can improve the fixation and fastness to washing stain⁃ing on white ground of printed viscose fabric.The properties of building up,process tolerance,fixation and col⁃or fastness of the two dyes are investigated and compared with those of Reactive Brilliant Red SGE.The re⁃sults show that the fixation rates of Reactive Brilliant Red WFG and WG on viscose fabric are 83.2%and 93.1%,respectively.Colorfastness to washing staining on white ground is Grade 4-5.Meanwhile,the new reactive dyes possess widened process compatibility.The K/S value of printed viscose fabric changes little under the conditions of 50%-80%relative humidity.In practical production,the steaming time can be shortened to 3 min,and the concentration of sodium bicarbonate can be as low as 1%.
