锦纶助染剂DM-2250在锦氨面料上的应用

摘　　要：针对锦氨针织物难获得高色牢度的问题,采用锦纶助染剂DM-2250与酸性染料同浴染色,可提高色牢度与上染率。探讨了DM-2250用量和染色条件对锦纶上染率的影响。结果表明:当锦纶助染剂DM-2250质量分数为2.0%,锦纶染色不排液进行皂洗,上染率较传统工艺可提高6.7%,织物K/S值增加0.7左右,各项色牢度指标优于传统工艺染样0.5级,每次染色可节约用水2缸,节省染料约10%,省时约30 min。In view of poor color fastness of nylon/spandex knitted fabrics,the color fastness and dyeing rate can be improved by using DM-2250 in one bath with acid dyes.The effects of DM-2250 concentration and dyeing conditions on dyeing rate of nylon are discussed.The results show that when the mass fraction of DM-2250 is 2.0%,soap washing without draining dye liquor,the dyeing rate can be increased by 6.7%compared with the traditional process,the K/S value of the fabric is increased by about 0.7,and color fastness index is better than that with the traditional process by 0.5 grade.Each dyeing cycle can save 2 tanks of water,10%dye and about 30 min time.
