摘 要:党的二十大将人才工作和公立医院党的建设提升到了前所未有的高度,在高质量发展背景下,如何更深入地运用党管人才工作模式,充分发挥党管人才的制度优势,引领建设高质量人才队伍,助力公立医院更好地服务人民医疗需求,全面推进健康中国战略,成为亟待研究的课题。本文通过文献研究、专家访谈,探讨公立医院党管人才工作高质量内涵,分析其取得的成效和存在的薄弱点,并提出相应的对策建议,推动公立医院党管人才工作更高质量发展。The 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC)has elevated party building and talent work in public hospitals unprecedentedly.In the context of high-quality development,it is urgent to address the questions on how to more fully implement the principle of the Party’s leadership over talent management by fully exploiting the institutional benefits and how to direct the development of a high-quality talent team in assisting public hospitals for better meeting the medical needs of the populace,ultimately for the purpose of broadly promoting Healthy China Initiative.This study probes into the high-quality connotation of the party’s leadership over talent managementin public hospitals,assesses its successes and flaws,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to promote the higher-quality management in establishinga talent team in public hospital.
