摘　　要：以党建为引领的医院文化建设是新时期推进公立医院改革、建设健康中国的必然要求,也是提升医院软实力、推动公立医院高质量发展的必由之路。如何充分发挥公立医院党的建设的引领作用,推动党的建设与医院文化建设深度融合,打造极具特色的医院文化品牌,是医院文化建设的重要课题。本文以徐州市中心医院加强党建领导下的医院文化建设、打造医疗服务品牌的做法为例,对公立医院如何抓好党的建设、推动医院文化建设进行分析,为同行提供交流借鉴。The construction of hospital culture directed under the party building is imperative for public hospitals to promote the reform for building a healthy China,enhance the soft power of hospitals and promote their high-quality development.How to give a full play to the leadership of the Party building in public hospitals,how to thoroughly integrate the party building and the construction of hospital culture,and how to shape the hospital’s cultural characteristics and brand are crucial aspects of hospital cultural construction.Taking Xuzhou Central Hospital’s practice of strengthening hospital culture construction under the leadership of party building and building a medical service brand as an example,this article analyzed how public hospitals did a good job in leading the Party building and promoting hospital culture construction so as to provide reference for counterparts.
