摘　　要：目的 探讨Excel表格联合二维码在手术室一次性低值耗材有效期管理中的应用效果。方法 利用腾讯文档Excel表格中的函数公式和条件格式设置功能,对专科手术间一次性低值耗材的有效期生成二维码进行有效期管理,比较使用Excel表格联合二维码管理办法前后,护士在检查手术间一次性低值耗材有效期所使用的时间及识别近效期的正确率。结果 护士在检查手术间一次性低值耗材有效期使用的时间从(27.43±2.56)min降低至(0.78±0.10)min,识别手术间一次性低值耗材近效期的正确率从84.29%提升至98.56%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 使用Excel联合二维码有效期管理办法可提高专科手术间一次性低值耗材管理的工作效率,并及时识别一次性低值耗材的近效期,避免造成资源浪费,值得推广运用。Objective To explore the application effect of Excel combined with QR code in the expiry date management of disposable low-value consumables in operating room.Methods Using the function formula and conditional format setting function in Tencent-based Excel,QR code was generated for the expiry date management of disposable low-value consumables in specialty operating rooms.The time used by nurses to check the expiry date of disposable low-value consumables in operating room and the accuracy rate of identifying near expiry date were compared before and after using Excel combined with QR code management method.Results The time for nurses to check the expiry date of disposable low-value consumables in the operating room was reduced from(27.43±2.56)min to(0.78±0.10)min,and the accuracy rate of identifying near expiry date of disposable low-value consumables in operating room was increased from 84.29%to 98.56%,both with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Excel combined with QR code in the expiry date management can improve the efficiency of disposable low-value consumables management in specialty operating rooms,and help to identify the near expiry date of disposable low-value consumables in time,so as to avoid wasting resources.It is worth promoting in other hospitals.
