摘　　要：医疗质量管理是医院工作的核心,而单病种质控管理则是提升医疗质量的重要手段。公立医院高质量发展、三级医院等级评审、三级公立医院绩效考核、电子病历等级评审等各项医院重大考核评审工作,对单病种质控管理提出了更高的要求。文章在研读国内有关单病种管理的相关政策文件、广泛调研单病种质控数据上报的现状基础上,结合各大型医院信息化建设的实际情况,提出了单病种质控数据上报信息平台的架构及主要功能模块设计,为具体的程序实现及预期的实现效果做出了探索性研究。Medical quality management is the core of hospital work,and single disease quality control management is an important means to improve medical quality.In the high quality development of public hospitals,the grade evaluation of tertiary hospitals,the performance evaluation of tertiary public hospitals,the grade evaluation of electronic medical records and other major hospital evaluations,the requirements for the quality control management of single disease were put forward.On the basis of studying the relevant policy documents on single disease management in China,this paper extensively investigated the current situation of single disease control data reporting after considering the actual situations of the information construction of large hospitals.The we in the paper proposed the main functional module design of the single disease control data reporting information platform,and made exploratory research in the specific program implementation and expected implementation effect.
