50052例广州地区居民健康体检重要异常结果检出率与住院情况分析

摘　　要：目的 分析广州地区50 052例居民健康体检重要异常结果检出率与住院情况。方法 以2022年1—12月在广州市某三甲医院体检的50 052例健康体检居民为研究对象,分析A、B两类重要异常结果检出率、体检转住院率及住院患者的患病情况。结果 A类重要异常结果检出率为0.96%,B类为12.96%,检出率最高的项目为血压;A类仅血常规项目不同性别的检出率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);居民体检转住院率为1.16%,且50%以上患有2~5种疾病。住院人数最多的为消化内科和妇产科,各占14%左右。结论 广州市居民健康体检不同项目的重要异常结果在年龄、性别方面分布各有差异,体检转住院者患病情况不容乐观。建议医院对重要异常结果进行分级管理并建立体检-住院-站式服务,实现全生命周期的健康管理。Objective To analyze the detection rate of important abnormal results and hospitalization among 50052 residents in Guangzhou.Methods A total of 50052 residents who completed physical examinations in a tertiary hospital in Guangzhou from January to December 2022 were selected as subjects.The detection rate of two important abnormal results(A and B),the referral rate of physical examination,and the disease status of hospitalized patients were analyzed.Results The detection rate of class A important abnormal results was 0.96%,and that of Class B was 12.96%.The highest detection rate was in blood pressure examination.There were statistically significant differences in the detection rates of routine blood items in class A(P<0.05).1.16%of the residents went for hospitalization due to physical examination and among them more than 50%suffered from 2-5 diseases.Gastroenterology and obstetrics and gynecology departments admitted the largest number of hospitalized cases,accounting for about 14%each.Conclusion The significant abnormal results of different items of physical examination among the residents in Guangzhou are different across age and gender.Their disease conditions for hospitalization due to their physical examinations areof concern.It is suggested to carry out graded management of important abnormal results and establish one-stop service of physical examination and hospitalization to realize the health management of the patients in a whole-life cycle.
