某高校附属医院高被引论文特征及对医院科研管理的启示

摘　　要：目的 对某高校附属医院近10年以来的高被引论文进行统计分析,掌握该院的研究前沿和优势学科方向,为医院的学科建设与科研管理政策优化提供决策依据。方法 基于ESI数据库对该医院2012—2022年以来的高被引论文量、期刊分布、学科分布、研究主题等特征进行分析。结果 该医院近十年以来累计发表ESI高被引论文153篇,高被引论文数呈上升态势。高被引论文分布在94个期刊,其中Q1区期刊84本,刊载高被引论文139篇,占全部论文的90.85%。从学科角度来看,主要集中在临床医学79篇(51.63%)、分子生物学与遗传学21篇(13.73%)、生物学和生物化学11篇(7.19%)、材料学11篇(7.19%)、神经科学与行为科学9篇(5.88%)。该院高被引论文涉及53个研究领域,其中肿瘤学、生物化学与分子生物学、医学研究和试验、细胞生物学、多学科等医学相关研究领域最为突出;材料科学、化学、生物医学、生物材料、纳米科学和纳米技术等相关理工学科表现亮眼。结论 将高质量论文评价应用于医院学科管理评价具有一定的合理性和可行性;医院内临床医学与其他医学相关学科的融合成为显著特点;组建以疾病或器官系统为特征的医学中心成为医院发展的主要趋势;跨学科的交叉研究是目前医院科学研究的特征之一。Objective To statistically analyzethe highly cited papers of a university-affiliated hospital since the last 10 years and pinpoint the research frontiers and advantageous direction of this institution so as toprovide a decision basis for the hospital’s discipline construction and the optimization of research management policy.Methods Statistical analysis was conducted based on the ESI database to analyze the volume,journal distribution,discipline distribution,research themes and other characteristics of highly cited papers of this hospital from 2012 to 2022.Results The hospital published 153 ESI highly cited papers in total in past ten years,and the number of highly cited papers showed an increasing trend.The highly cited papers were distributed in 94 journals.Among them 84 journals were in Q1,which published 139 highly cited papers,accounting for 90.85%of all papers.From the perspective of disciplinary,it was calculated that the highly cited papers were mainly concentrated in clinical medicine with 79(51.63%),molecular biology and genetics with 21(13.73%),biology and biochemistry with 11(7.19%),materials science with 11(7.19%),and neuroscience and behavioral science with 9(5.88%).Highly cited papers covered 53 research areas,the most prominent research areas related to medical sciences including oncology,biochemistry and molecular biology,medical research and experimentation,cell biology,and multidisciplinary being.The achievements in the sciences of material science,chemistry,biomedical science,biomaterials,nanoscience and nanotechnology,and technology disciplines were more applausive.Conclusion It is reasonable and feasible to apply high quality paper evaluation to the assessment of hospital discipline management.The integration of clinical medicine with other medical-related disciplines has become a significant feature.The formation of medical centers characterized by diseases or organ systems has become a major trend in the development of hospitals.Interdisciplinary cross-research is one of the characteris
