摘　　要：在国家施行三孩政策、鼓励生育的背景下,高龄女性的生育需求急剧增加。卵巢储备功能减退(diminished ovarian reserve,DOR)是损害女性生育力的重要原因,严重影响生殖健康。全国名中医尤昭玲不断总结临证经验,融贯中西,独创“冰山论”,认为沉眠于卵巢皮质内的始基卵泡犹如藏于冰山之下,依据DOR脾肾亏虚、胞宫脉络虚瘀的基本病机,自拟“助卵方”暖巢养泡,配合药膳煲、食疗糕,三者结合同步治疗,改善卵泡的数量和质量,提高DOR患者的妊娠率,为中医药治疗DOR导致的不孕症提供理论依据和治疗思路。In the context of China's implementation of the three-child policy and encouragement of childbearing,the fertility demand of older women has increased dramatically.Therefore,diminished ovarian reserve(DOR)has become an important cause of female fertility damage,seriously affecting reproductive health.YOU Zhaoling,the national famous TCM practitioner,constantly summarizes her clinical experience,integrates Chinese and western medicine,and originally creates the"iceberg theory",believing that the primordial follicles hibernating in the ovarian cortex are like hiding under icebergs.According to the basic pathogenesis of DOR,namely spleen and kidney deficiency and uterine meridians deficiency and stasis,YOU formulated the"Zhunuan Formula"to warm the ovary to nourish follicles.The"Zhunuan Formula",combined with medicated food pot and medicated diet cake,can improve the quantity and quality of follicles,and increase the pregnancy rate of patients with DOR,thus providing a theoretical basis and therapeutic ideas in treating infertility caused by DOR with Chinese medicine.
