连续康复护理对脑卒中偏瘫患者肢体功能和生活质量评分的影响

摘　　要：目的分析连续康复护理对脑卒中偏瘫患者肢体功能和生活质量评分的影响。方法方便选取2018年1月—2021年6月如皋市人民医院收治的150例脑卒中偏瘫患者,按数字奇偶法分为两组,对照组75例,采用常规护理;观察组75例,基于对照组采用连续康复护理。比较两组患者康复后的肢体、生活状态及照顾者的压力状态等。结果观察组护理后上、下肢功能及日常生活能力评分分别为(48.25±3.19)分、(26.49±2.05)分、(82.46±5.35)分,均高于对照组的(36.27±3.08)分、(19.86±1.95)分、(71.89±5.41)分,差异有统计学意义(t=23.397、20.294、12.031,P<0.05)。观察组护理后生活质量较对照组更好,且照护者照护负担较轻,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脑卒中偏瘫患者经连续康复护理,可促进患者肢体功能恢复,改善其生活质量,临床意义高。Objective To analyze the influence of continuous rehabilitation nursing on limb function and quality of life score of stroke patients with hemiplegia.Methods A total of one hundred and fifty stroke patients with hemiplegia ad⁃mitted to Rugao People's Hospital from January 2018 to June 2021 were conveniently selected and divided into two groups according to the number parity method.The control group had seventy-five cases and adopted routine nursing.The observation group had seventy-five cases,adopted continuous rehabilitation nursing based on the control group.The limbs,living state and stress state of the caregivers after recovery were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of upper and lower limb function and daily living ability after care in the observation group were(48.25±3.19)points,(26.49±2.05)points,(82.46±5.35)points,respectively,which were higher than those of the control group(36.27±3.08)points,(19.86±1.95)points,(71.89±5.41)points,and the difference was statistically significant(t=23.397,20.294,12.031,P<0.05).The quality of life after care of the observation group was better than that of the con⁃trol group,and the care burden of the caregivers was lighter,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Con⁃clusion Continuous rehabilitation nursing for stroke patients with hemiplegia can promote the recovery of limb func⁃tion and improve their quality of life,which is of high clinical significance.
