补髓益智汤治疗对老年性痴呆患者临床疗效及MMSE、ADL评分的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨补髓益智汤治疗对老年性痴呆患者临床疗效及MMSE、ADL评分的影响。方法方便选取2020年8月—2021年6月云南中医药大学第二附属医院收治的老年性痴呆患者124例,根据随机数表法分为两组,对照组(n=62)应用常规西医治疗,研究组(n=62例)应用补髓益智汤治疗。比较两组疗效、ADL、MMSE评分、药物不良反应率、满意率。结果研究组有效率(60/62,96.77%)高于对照组(52/62,83.87%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.905,P<0.05);治疗前,两组ADL、MMSE评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组ADL评分(54.66±8.96)分、MMSE评分(27.35±7.85)分均高于对照组的(45.18±9.54)分、(19.43±6.48)分,差异有统计学意义(t=5.703、6.127,P<0.05);研究组药物不良反应率(8.06%)低于对照组(30.65%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=10.127,P<0.05);研究组患者满意率(61/62,98.39%)高于对照组(51/62,82.26%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=9.226,P<0.05)。结论对老年性痴呆患者实施补髓益智汤治疗,可有效改善认知功能与日常生活能力,提高满意度,降低药物不良反应。Objective To investigate the clinical curative effect of Busui Yizhi decoction and MMSE and ADL scores in patients with senile dementia.Methods A total of 124 patients with senile dementia admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Yunnan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from August 2020 to June 2021 were convenient selected.Random number table method was used to divide them into two groups.The control group(n=62)was treated with conventional western medicine,and the research group(n=62)was treated with Busui Yizhi Decoction.The curative effect,ADL,MMSE score,adverse drug reaction rate and satisfaction rate were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of the study group(60/62,96.77%)was higher than that of the control group(52/62,83.87%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.905,P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistical significance difference in the comparison of ADL and MMSE scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the ADL score(54.66±8.96)points and MMSE score(27.35±7.85)points of the study group were higher than those of the control group(45.18±9.54)points,(19.43±6.48)points,and the difference was statistically significant(t=5.703,6.127,P<0.05).The rate of adverse drug reactions in the study group(8.06%)was lower than that in the control group(30.65%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=10.127,P<0.05).The patient satisfaction rate in the study group(61/62,98.39%)was higher than that in the control group(51/62,82.26%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=9.226,P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of Busui Yizhi Decoction in patients with senile dementia can effectively improve cognitive function and daily life ability,improve satisfaction and reduce adverse drug reactions.
