摘　　要：食堂建筑规模不同、厨具配备等都会直接影响电气设计。本文结合笔者的实践经验,针对食堂厨房电气设计中的几个关键问题进行分析,从用电负荷等级、厨房用电指标、厨房设备配电、照明配电等方面总结厨房配电设计要点。希望对厨房电气设计能提供一定的帮助。The electrical design will be directly affected by the different building scale of the canteen and kitchen equipment.Based on the author's practical experiencc,this paper analyzes several key problems in the electrical design of the dining hall kitchen,and summarizes the key points in the electrical design of the kitchen from the aspects of electrical load level,kitchen electrical indicators,lighting distribution,line laying,video monitoring,automatic fire alarm,etc.Hopes to provide some help to the kitchen electrical design.
