摘  要:针对航天大推力液体发动机推力矢量控制的需求,提出了引流发动机高压煤油的泵控式伺服机构方案,高压煤油驱动液动机恒速转动,由小功率机电伺服机构控制变量泵的调节机构,实现变量泵输出流量大小和方向控制,完成泵控式伺服机构精确位置输出。研制了高集成一体化泵控式伺服机构样机,建立了系统数学模型,进行了仿真分析和试验测试,-3 dB幅频带宽可达53.5 rad/s,-45°相频带宽可达28.5 rad/s。表明,泵控式伺服机构具有良好的频率特性,满足发动机推力矢量控制的需要。Aiming at the thrust vector control for the heavy liquid launch vehicle,A design scheme of pump control servo-mechanisms by drawing kerosene from engines is proposed,the high-pressure fluid of the engine drives the variable displacement pump to rotate at constant speed,and the electro-mechanical actuator control the adjusting mechanism of the variable displacement pump,and the flow and direction of the variable displacement pump is controlled by servo to output.The highly integrated principled sample machine is built and tested.The system model is built to simulate the dynamics.The results shows the system can achieve 53.5 rad/s frequency bandwidth at-3 dB amplitude and 28.5 rad/s frequency bandwidth at-45°phase.It is demonstrated,the pump control servo-mechanism has a high dynamic capacity,to meet the requirement of thrust vector control of the launch vehicle.
