摘 要:鉴于石油污染对海洋生态环境的影响,对海上平台含油污水的排放进行实时在线监测具有重要意义。课题组在渤海某油田搭建了一套基于紫外荧光法的水中油在线监测系统。通过对近1年海上平台在线监测数据的分析发现:不同温度下监测的油浓度测量值会随温度升高而降低;生产水流动会造成水质浑浊,受浊度影响,在线测量值与平台实验室测量值产生较大的差异;由于窗口油污和生物附着,故在维护周期内会出现明显的数据漂移。因此,需对荧光特性影响较大的因素(温度、浊度等)进行补偿校正并加强光窗防护,以便进一步提高水中油在线监测系统在海上平台应用的适应性和可靠性。In consideration of the impact of oil pollution on marine ecological environment,real time on-line monitoring of oily wastewater discharged from offshore platforms is very necessary.A set of on-line monitoring system for oil in water based on ultraviolet fluorescence method was established in an oilfield in Bohai Sea.Through analysis of on-line monitoring data of offshore platforms in the past year,it is found that the measured oil concentrations at different temperatures decrease with the temperature rise.The flow of production water can cause turbidity in the water quality.Due to the influence of turbidity,there is a significant difference between on-line measurement values and platform laboratory measurement values.Due to oil pollution and biological adhesion,there may be significant data drift during the maintenance cycle.Therefore,it is necessary to compensate and correct the factors that have a significant impact on fluorescence characteristics(temperature,turbidity,etc).and strengthen light window protection,in order to further improve the adaptability and reliability of the on-line monitoring system for oil in water in offshore platforms.
