摘  要:[目的]揭示黄芩药材在不同干燥条件下主要成分及β-葡萄糖醛酸苷酶活性的变化规律,探究黄芩药材产地加工的适宜方法。[方法]制备不同干燥条件下的黄芩药材样品,研究干燥过程中黄芩药材样品的失水率、主要成分的含量及β-葡萄糖醛酸苷酶活性。[结果]不同干燥条件下黄芩药材中主要指标成分含量基本一致,黄芩苷含量均符合2020年版《中国药典》规定;随着干燥温度升高,药材中β-葡萄糖醛酸苷酶活性明显降低。[结论]不同干燥方式对黄芩主要成分含量影响较小,温度升高有效灭活黄芩药材中的β-葡萄糖醛酸苷酶,为黄芩产地加工提供了参考。[Objective]To insight into the changes of the main compounds’contents andβ-glucuronidase activity of radix scutellariae under different drying conditions so as to investigate a suitable method for the habitat processing.[Methods]Samples of radix scutellariae by different drying methods were prepared,whose water loss rate,contents of main compounds and activity ofβ-glucuronidase were researched during the drying process.[Results]The contents of main index compounds in radix scutellariae under different drying conditions were basically consistent.Baicalin content satisfied the standard in the 2020 edition of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia.Besides,theβ-glucuronidase activity of radix scutellariae decreased significantly with the increase of the processed temperature.[Conclusion]The effect of different drying methods on the contents of main ingredients in radix scutellariae is relatively negligible,while the elevated temperature can effectively inactivate theβ-glucuronidase in radix scutellariae.Overall,this study provides guidance and reference for the habitat processing of radix scutellariae.
